S’il vous plaît join us for an hour of French Kickboxing! French Kickboxing, also known as Savate, is a style of martial arts that has evolved from French street fighting. This aeroboxing demo will incorporate aerobic training and introduce students to some moves and techniques—without special equipment or physical contact.
