Is your child fighting their bedtime routine? \nSleep is important at every stage of your child’s life for their physical\, mental\, cognitive\, and social-emotional health. Come join a friendly monster guide as it demonstrates all the different ways of being a mensch\, whether you have three heads–or just one. Then stay and practice to be a mensch yourself! \nAbout the Author: \nLeslie Kimmelman is the author of more than 50 books for children\, including a large number with Jewish topics. Her books have won many national and state awards\, and five of her books have been recognized by the Sydney Taylor committee\, which presents annual awards for outstanding children’s books that authentically portray the Jewish experience. DESCRIPTION:A Prenatal Gathering: Preparing for birth through movement\, meditation\, and community\nWednesday\, Jun 8\, 2022\, 6:30–7:45 pm  \nMembers: $18\, Nonmembers: $24 \nJoin Tori Cronk and other expectant folks for an outdoor gathering designed to support the journey to birth. \nThe evening will begin with a brief voluntary check-in where participants are invited to introduce themselves. You will then be guided through a yoga and movement practice specifically designed to support the pregnant body and alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy. Participants will also be led in breathing and meditation practices. The combination of these practices is intended to support the mind\, the body\, and the heart as one prepares for both the physical and emotional aspects of birth and new motherhood. \nThe practice is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
