Julia is passionate about helping people to rediscover self-trust\, pleasure\, and peace with food and their bodies. She incorporates principles of Intuitive Eating in her work\, and strongly believes in utilizing a Health At Every Size® approach. Julia earned her Master?s in Nutrition Education from Teachers College\, Columbia University\, and her BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
