DESCRIPTION:Need to get rid of some tension (don’t we all)? Join Orly Kobi\, born in Israel\, for a functional movement workshop to relieve stress in your body and get you feeling good. Conducted [mostly] in Hebrew\, this session will promote relaxation through stretching and focused movement\, all while listening to uplifting Israeli music. Afterwards we’ll have time to connect over tea and cookies. No experience is necessary and non-Hebrew speakers are welcome to attend!
