Changes in laws\, investments and family situations\, along with designated decision makers\, funeral venues and disposal of personal assets\, are all issues that need to be at least reviewed\, discussed and possibly resolved to avoid unnecessary stress and disputes between family members\, business associates\, healthcare providers and government agencies.
